RICE

Add 2 – 4 tbsp of Miscela per cup of your favourite rice, and mix until blended.

PASTA

For a delicious side dish, stir 1/3 cup of Miscela per cup of cooked pasta, and mix until evenly distributed.

QUINOA

Add a spark to your healthy quinoa by stirring in 1/3 cup of your preferred Miscela to a cup of quinoa.

COUSCOUS

Try 1/2 – 3/4 cup of Miscela with your cooked couscous for the ultimate salad or side.

NOODLES

For each cup of any cooked noodles, add between 1/3 and 3/4 cup Miscela to your preferred taste.

SAUCES

For a unique twist every time, add 2 tbsp of Miscela to every 4-6 tbsp of pasta sauce.

SCRAMBLED EGGS

Use 1/2 tbsp of your favourite Miscela per egg, and mix directly into the pan when cooking.

OMLETTE

Whip 4 eggs and add to a hot pan. Let it set half way, then add 2 tbsp of Miscela. Top with cheese and fold gently.

SALMON

Add 2-3 tbsp of your favourite Miscela as a topper over grilled or poached salmon.

SCALLOPS

Grill or sear scallops, and top off with 1-2 tsp of Miscela, depending on the size of the scallops.

WHITEFISH

Top off grilled or poached white fish with 2-3 tbsp of your favourite Miscela.

SHRIMP

Grill or sear shrimp, and wrap with bacon. Top off with a 1 tsp dollop of Miscela.

SANDWICHES

Add 2 tbsp of your favourite Miscela as the final layer in your sandwich for that extra dimension.

WRAPS & PITAS

Make wrap or pita with your favourite fillings, and finish by folding in 1/2 – 3/4 cup of Miscela.

BEEF

Use 1-2 tbsp of Miscela on fillet mignon or steak as a scrumptious topper.

PORK

Try adding 1-2 tbsp of your favourite Miscela to your cooked pork chops.

LAMB

Cook lamb chops using your preferred method, and add 1-2 tbsp of Miscela on top.

HAMBURGERS

Substitute the ketchup by topping your burger off with 1-2 tbsp of Miscela.

BAKED POTATOES

Add 1-2 tbsp of Miscela on top of your baked potato. Add cheddar and sour cream to garnish, and serve hot.

SWEET POTATOES

Add 1-2 tbsp of Miscela on top of your baked sweet potato. As a fun garnish, add a sharp cheddar and/or sour cream to garnish, and serve hot.

NACHOS

Sprinkle grated cheese over a tray of nachos, and top with a generous serving of Miscela. Put in the oven, and bake until the cheese has melted.

CHICKEN

Stuff the chicken breasts with 1-2 tbsp of Miscela mixed with cheese and spinach. Fold and sear in a hot pan, and finish off in the oven at 375˚ for 10-15 minutes.

TURKEY

Mix Miscela with your favourite cheese and spinach. Stuff the turkey breasts with 1-2 tbsp each, fold and sear in a hot pan. Finish off in the oven at 375˚ for 10-15 minutes.

PIZZA

As an accent to the sauce: add 4 tbsp of Miscela to 1/2 cup of pizza sauce, mix and spread. As a sauce: use 1-1/2 cups of Miscela per pizza as the base.

GRILLED PANINIS

Add 1/4 – 1/2 cup of Miscela on the top of grilled shredded chicken or beef. Add cheddar cheese, and the top layer of bread. Press on the grill until golden.

QUESADILLAS

Grill shredded chicken or beef and place on bottom tortilla. Add 1/4 – 1/2 cup of Miscela, and a generous portion of cheddar cheese. Add the final tortilla and press on the grill.
